Features
Security
The browser extend and improve upon Chromium already strong security features; sandbox, exploit protection, site isolation, etc. By default JavaScript JIT used to improve performance on load time is disabled due to increase vulnerabilities to browser-based exploits.
WebView
Others applications rely on its WebView component to display web pages.
Configuration
Users should consider disabling search suggestions, save and autofill for passwords, sign-in, payments methods and addresses and enabling links from external apps to be opened in incognito.
Recommendations
GrapheneOS users should stick to Vanadium as their main browser.
Limitations
Vanadium is currently does not offer any built in ad-blocker or content filtering mechanism and is exclusively available on GrapheneOS.
